The technakohl liner on the upper lid was just lightly faded but on the lower lash line it had smudged a bit… but a lot less than my Kat Von D one! I have yet to take technakohl liner out of the house to see if it melts in the heat since it’s so buttery soft but I guess it won’t matter much because this is a twist up pencil and the liner is inside – but then if you want a taut tip then it can easily be kept in the fridge for an hour or so.
