Mine did leak slightly, I had to make sure it was always up right and I always had it wrapped in a plastic bag just in case, but my child loved using it.

Great product and my little boy loved it perfect for chucking in handbag when travelling as it doesn’t leak, The only problem I have with this product is that it needs to be completely taken apart to clean including detaching straw from the lid.Paid double what first had cost and for some reason the suck mechanism is very inefficient,so much so that it is consigned to the back of the cupboard. It goes in the dishwasher which is great but I do worry slightly about the fact you can’t take the top apart completely for washing. It’s not something I can hand my 9 month old and leave her to use, she will tip it upside down and get drenched so you will have to hold it in place while they get to grips with it. I was looking for something that could fit in the cup holder of her car seat, not spill and be easy to clean. I bought this for my daughter to take to pre-school as I wanted a sealable cup that would travel well.
