If we were to look at the 6 factors, you can ask yourself the question “ Am I happy with x at present?” about each one of them. If the answer is no, you can ask yourself the next question “What can I do to change it?” followed by “What does the ideal situation look like for me?” Well, nothing! Nothing straight away, anyway. I had both the need and they want to make it happen (I am in my final week of the programme, by the way, having continued to run through Christmas) Of course, the end of a year provides us with an opportunity to reflect upon ourselves and the last 12 months, but positioning change around such an arbitrary date as January 1 may not be the most productive way to do things.
